How do I place an order?All orders must be placed placed via this website. I will not be taking orders via DMs, in lieu of rising scams on Instagram.

When will my order be mailed/shipped out?All items are made to order, unless specified. Please allow 3-4 weeks for me to work on your pieces before mailing them out. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon order confirmation if a piece is in stock. Please allow for 6-8 weeks (or more) for commission pieces. All of my items are handmade, so no two pieces are the same and may differ slightly from the product photos. I strive for symmetry and balance as much as possible, and will not mail out pieces that I am not happy with.

How do I commission a piece?Commission slots are limited, and availability will depend on current commitments. Please reach out to me at lesbrarian.creates@gmail.com for enquiries about commission pieces or fill out a request form.

How do I make payment?Payment can be made at checkout via "Manual Payment" using PayNow. 1. Select 'Manual Payment' at checkout. 2. Complete the checkout process to confirm your order. 3. Follow the instructions below to complete your purchase: Please scan the PayNOW QR code (Lesbrarian Creates) to make payment. 4. Once you have paid, please send a screenshot to @lesbrarian.creates on Instagram along with your order number. Thank you! Payment must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

How much does delivery cost & when will my items arrive?All rates are in SGD (Singapore Dollars). For shipping within Singapore*: Registered (with tracking), 3-5 business days, $3.20 (FREE for orders above $80) For international delivery^: International registered (with tracking), 14-28 business days, $14.00 (FREE for orders above $150) Please ensure your delivery address is correct, complete and up to date. Additional shipping costs for re-shipment of items will be borne by you if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete. I will not be liable for parcels that are lost in transit. *items are delivered directly to letterbox via Singapore Post's Smartpac delivery. Tracking information will be sent to you once the item has been shipped. Track shipment here. ^only to countries serviced by Singapore Post. Can I return or exchange my purchase?Due to hygiene reasons, all pieces sold are non-returnable or exchangeable. Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please get in touch with me within 3 calendar days of receiving your item(s) with your order number and photographs of the item(s). Depending on material availability, incorrect or damaged items will be replaced (with no additional shipping costs incurred). If the item cannot be replaced, a refund will be given.
